Role DescriptionThis full-time on-site role in Phoenix, AZ, requires a Logistics Assistant to support the daily operations of the logistics and supply chain department.
Responsibilities- Managing inventory
- Assisting with purchasing processes
- Coordinating shipments
- Maintaining organized records
- Ensuring timely deliveries
- Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Organization skills for maintaining accurate records and stock
- Experience in Purchasing and Logistics Management to coordinate and oversee supply chain activities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
- Familiarity with logistics software and tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
