Join Swift Transportation as a Full-time Weekend Carrier Relations Representative!

Schedule:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 6:00 AM- 4:00 PM

Pay Range: $21.99 - $30.79 Hourly

• Complete carrier onboarding and setup processes accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct thorough fraud prevention reviews using all available tools and resources to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Evaluate and process carrier qualification overrides in accordance with established company guidelines.
• Research and identify the causes of inactive carrier status changes and determine appropriate resolution opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional carrier service by professionally handling concerns, de-escalating complaints, and directing issues to the appropriate resources for resolution.
• Source and secure the best trailer solutions efficiently, with a target turnaround time of less than 15 minutes.
• Prioritize the utilization of idle trailers and ensure no trailer remains idle for more than 21 days.
• Manage Trailer Tracking to ensure all trailer returns are addressed by end of day (EOD).
• Accurately report, document, and tag loads identified to be in misuse in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor trailer and load activity to drive equipment utilization and operational efficiency.
• Proactively collaborate with team members and assist others in achieving departmental and organizational objectives.
• Communicate weekend issues clearly, accurately, and promptly to Weekend Operations, Carrier Relations Management, and Logistics Trailer Management teams.
• Maintain effective cross‑functional communication to ensure seamless operational continuity.

• 1+ years related experience required.

• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
