Route Settlement Associate Job Phoenix area,Arizona USA,Supply Chain/Logistics

Position Responsibilities:

Daily monitoring and actioning of group inbox, including but not limited to responding to inquiries and follow up on action items
Run register process for each RBD facility assigned to you – Coordinate with local leadership to ensure that invoices from the day are posted in VIP. Process is critical for all subsequent reporting systems
Run invoicing process for each RBD facility assigned to you– Coordinate with local leadership and logistics analysts to ensure that routed orders are invoiced and available for driver next day
Run reports as requested for each facility to include inventory, variance etc.
Correct invoice errors from prior day
Support operations as needed
Other projects or duties as assigned
Required

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 2 years of related experience
Preferred

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
