We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Logistics Operations Associate I to join our team.  The ideal candidate will support daily logistics and return operations while ensuring accurate processing of transactions and maintaining a high level of customer service. This role works within established procedures to support supply chain and operational activities in a fast-paced environment.  ## What You'll Be Doing  
* Process customer returns and related transactions in accordance with established procedures.
* Support daily account activities related to returns, including order entry, record updates, and customer communication.
* Respond to routine customer inquiries and assist with the processing of Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests.
* Enter and maintain accurate return and inventory information within company systems.
* Assist with processing defective and non-conforming materials according to documented work instructions.
* Support warehouse operations by coordinating return-related activities and identifying discrepancies for review.
* Monitor open return orders and follow established processes to ensure timely completion.
* Escalate inventory discrepancies, customer concerns, and operational issues to appropriate team members.
* Assist with tracking supplier returns and follow-up activities as directed.
* Generate standard reports and provide updates to internal teams and customers as needed.
* Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer requirements.
* Support special projects and additional duties as assigned.  ##

What We Are Looking For  
* Basic understanding of supply chain, logistics, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
* Experience working with ERP systems, inventory systems, or data entry applications preferred.
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to follow established procedures and work effectively in a structured environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
* Willingness to learn new processes and systems.
* Strong customer service mindset and teamwork skills.
