Job Description:

Responsibilities include:
Monitor, support, and enforce all safety rules and regulations of the Company and OSHA standards.Support and enforce all company policies and procedures.Supervise a trade crew, often directing up to 30 employees across multiple trades.Coordinate with the Superintendent to analyze and plan trade work to meet project goals.Communicate staffing needs to the Production Manager.Participate in pre-planning and goal-setting meetings.Ensure proper staffing for projects.Calculate unit costs and analyze project financials to meet budget goals.Record daily work hours and production data via E&K Austin lane entry.Create and perform routine QA inspections, documenting via Go Canvas App.Order materials specific to each job area.Manage project costs through regular review and forecasting.Oversee subcontractor activities and scheduling.Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are on-site as scheduled.Arrive punctually at various work locations.Participate in company training and site meetings.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements include:
Completion of 30-hour OSHA training.Completion of Field Management Training.Proven ability to manage crews of 30+ employees.Advanced Bluebeam training.Knowledge of safety policies and OSHA standards.Supervisory skills with tools, materials, and personnel.Strong mathematical skills.Effective communication skills.Ability to work on ladders, scaffolds, and stilts.Ability to read blueprints and adhere to building codes.Experience with E&K time entry and project documentation.Ability to read and write RFIs and change documents.Knowledge of project start procedures and material ordering.Proficiency in E&K QA, T&M, and monitoring reports.Leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.Professional behavior and effective conflict management.Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.Knowledge of E&K production systems.Willingness to share resources and collaborate across departments.Effective communication with clients and stakeholders.Ability to set, pursue, and achieve production goals.Knowledge of scaffolding erection and dismantling.Willingness to learn new computer skills and use tablets and Bluebeam.To apply:
