As a critical link between the warehouse and field teams, you’ll manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and support site supervisors and construction managers so projects stay on schedule.

Our Arizona division is expanding quickly, creating opportunities for organized, assertive leaders who can run a tight ship and keep crews supplied without delays.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and material staging
• Coordinate closely with site supervisors and construction managers across multiple job sites
• Plan and prepare material and equipment needs several days in advance based on project schedules
• Dispatch deliveries, track incoming/outgoing materials, and maintain order logs
• Ensure efficient loading, unloading, and storage of equipment and supplies
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse that meets all company safety standards
• Identify shortages or delays early and communicate clearly with field teams
• Lead by example—reliability, direct communication, and strong follow-through

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience
• Valid forklift certification (required)
• Strong communication skills with field and office personnel
• Proven ability to plan ahead and manage multiple competing deadlines
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in varying condition
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
