Night Warehouse Manager – BradyPLUS

We are in search of a Night Warehouse Manager to join our growing team. The Night Warehouse Manager is responsible for training and development of warehouse staff, ensuring the efficiency of warehouse operations, and overseeing overall divisional warehouse functions.

• Recommend and execute procedures involving shipping, receiving inventory, and all aspects of warehouse operations.
• Support and enforce safety programs and guidelines.
• Select, train, direct, and motivate employees.
• Appraise performance and recommend salary actions.
• Direct warehouse associates and delivery drivers through lead personnel.
• Schedule and ensure accurate receiving and put away of stock.
• Ensure customer orders are pulled and processed for delivery and shipping.
• Ensure delivery trucks are safely and accurately loaded.
• Ensure drivers demonstrate outstanding customer service and safe working and driving habits.
• Ensure all DOT rules and regulations are strictly enforced.
• Maintain safe working conditions in warehouse, including safe storage of hazardous products.
• Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.

• Prior management experience in distribution and warehouse environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience working in Prophet 21 preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a good to excellent proficiency level in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
