• Lead and manage heavy highway and civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Oversee project scheduling and coordination, utilizing construction management software such as Pro Core and Primavera P6.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Review contracts and blueprints, providing insights for effective project execution and problem resolution.
