Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview

District Photo is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our Arizona print‑production facility. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ensuring accurate inventory control, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment and leads by example.

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse associates to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
• Monitor workflow and staffing levels to support production schedules and shipping deadlines.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and proper material handling.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA standards.
• Operate and oversee use of warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners, etc.).
• Communicate effectively with Production, Quality, and Shipping teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
• Assist with onboarding and coaching of new hires.
• Enforce attendance, performance, and conduct expectations consistently.
