Job Description- Manage day‑to‑day operations for several apartment communities.
- Maximize community potential by ensuring budgets, performance metrics, and ownership expectations are met.
- Co‑supervise, coach, and train Company Executive team members and on‑site staff.
- Communicate performance and compliance to owners, owners’ representatives, on‑site teams, clients, residents, customers, and vendors.
- Ensure all activities comply with local, state, federal, and equal housing opportunity laws.
- Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and motivate employees at all levels.
- Minimum of 5 years of multifamily experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable industry experience.
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification preferred.
- State of AZ real estate license (or in progress).
- Experience in A/B/C properties, lease‑ups, and renovations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service and tenant relations expertise.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, and self‑motivated.
- Creative marketing and outreach experience.
- Property budget and proforma development skills.
- Financial acumen and account management experience.
- Track record of achieving high NOIs.
- Problem‑solving, excellent written and communication skills.
- Implementation of best practices, policies, and procedures for real estate operations.
- Value‑add expertise and market savvy.
- Multi‑tasking ability, strong organization, detail orientation, initiative, decision making, and sense of urgency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., App Folio).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
