• Support rental operations, tours, applications, move‑ins, and resident onboarding.
• Manage daily office functions, communications, work orders, and rent processing.
• Maintain a warm, professional environment that reflects exceptional customer service standards.
• Assist with supervisory tasks as delegated by the Community Manager.

• One year of verifiable property management experience in Arizona, ideally in a supervisory or leadership‑support role.
• Strong sales, administrative, and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence and communicate effectively in one‑on‑one or small group settings.
• Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing; calculating percentages, commissions, etc.).
• Strong common‑sense reasoning and the ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions.
• Consistent professional appearance and demeanor; commitment to exceptional customer service at all times.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established policies and procedures.
• Willingness to complete daily inspections, reports, competitive market research, and other assigned duties.
