Job DetailsWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in the construction industry. This is a permanent, full‑time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities to work on a diverse range of exciting construction projects.
Responsibilities- Managing all phases of the project life cycle, including project planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Coordinating and collaborating with architects, engineers, construction staff, subcontractors, and clients.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Preparing and presenting project status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Leading and motivating project teams, fostering collaboration.
- Participating in business development activities, including client relationship management and proposal development.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in construction, with a focus on commercial projects.
- Minimum of 3-10 years of commercial project experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent project management skills: planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
