As a Team Lead you will mentor a small sub‑team of client‑service specialists while delivering high‑quality service to 401(k) and other plan‑sponsor clients. You will be the primary point of contact for client inquiries, drive resolution of complex issues, and partner cross‑functionally to improve the platform.

• Act as the main contact for 401(k) plan‑sponsor clients, ensuring timely, accurate service for plan administration, contributions, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex client problems.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a small sub‑team, fostering teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
• Facilitate team performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help members set personal goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Share data‑driven insights with product teams to inform roadmap decisions.
• Represent the team internally, ensuring seamless client experiences and effective issue resolution.
• Monitor and report on team metrics including client satisfaction, SLA adherence, and productivity.
• Provide guidance on project tasks, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Host webinars and training sessions to walk sponsors through platform features and portal usage.

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or retirement‑industry roles.
• Demonstrated people‑management or leadership experience.
• Strong critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat, and navigating network directories.
• Commitment to superior customer service and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and manage high‑volume inquiries while maintaining detail orientation.

• Fintech or retirement‑industry experience.
• Series 6, 7, 63, 65, 66, QKA, QKC, Six Sigma designations.
• Experience in payroll, employee benefits, or people management.
