The Field Supervisor - Janitorial are responsible for the direct oversight of employees of a designated account and/or on a designated shift. To include ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met. This is a standing post & driving post, with constantly patrolling of the Terminal, Ramp, Cargo Area.

PAY $22.00 Per Hour

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with the training of the cleaning team.
  • Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
  • Manage security of keys and access cards for the property.
  • Report work orders for maintenance.
  • Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager. check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
  • Complete order forms completely and accurately.
  • Coordinate equipment usage and inventories.
  • Manage daily employee lunches and breaks.
  • Maintain daily shift report for managers.
  • Perform basic administrative, payroll and Attendance functions (as required).
  • Maintain communication with Account Managers to monitor and maintain optimum staffing levels.
  • Provide technical guidance, interpret policies and procedures, and assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks.
  • Ensure that shift schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.) a week in advance.
  • Work with leadership to ensure all callouts are covered.
  • Accommodate increased / decreased client staffing requests.
  • Manage the No-Fault Attendance Policy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Two (2) years of Janitorial Supervisor experience is preferred and required.
  • Proven ability to manage a large team and/or staff.
