We're working with a nationally recognized commercial roofing and building envelope contractor known for tackling complex, multi-million-dollar projects across the U.S. They're expanding their footprint in Phoenix, AZ , and actively seeking a Project Manager ready to take ownership of mission-critical work in a booming market.

- Manage roofing and envelope projects valued at $1M to $10M+
- Oversee project execution from safety to scheduling and cost control
- Lead work in secure and sensitive facilities (hospitals, government, education)
- Collaborate across clients, subs, and internal teams
- Solve challenges in real-time and deliver high-quality results
- Evaluate post-project performance and recommend improvements
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial roofing or envelope projects
- Hands-on knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal systems, and waterproofing
- Strong project controls experience with Procore, The Edge, and MS Office
- Proven ability to manage in occupied or high-security environments
- OSHA 30 or 500 required; LEED or EM 385 is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Open to relocating for the right opportunity
