The General Manager reports to the Regional Vice President and manages day‑to‑day operations of a company account, overseeing P&L, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and client relations.

• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account
• Manage day‑to‑day operations
• Conduct HR functions including hiring, counseling, and terminations
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and team training
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and client departments
• Collaborate with Chef and management team to create menus and ensure top‑quality food
• Implement new culinary programs in partnership with marketing and culinary teams

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary preferred
• Five years of food service operation experience
• High volume production and catering experience
• Experience managing a budget
