Project Manager – Mechanical

FPC of Hendersonville is partnering with a well‑established commercial contractor that’s known for delivering high‑quality mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects. They handle everything from design and construction to service and maintenance — supporting hospitals, schools, data centers, and large commercial facilities.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who enjoys leading projects from start to finish — keeping schedules on track, budgets in line, and teams moving in the same direction.

Salary: Up to $125K + Bonus

• Lead all phases of assigned projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and high‑quality results.
• Conduct project planning sessions and cost analyses; track budgets, schedules, and scope changes.
• Oversee subcontractor agreements and equipment buyouts to support project objectives.
• Manage progress billings, cash flow, and project documentation.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, vendors, and field teams.
• Conduct site visits, monitor work progress, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Champion continuous improvement and help refine internal processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience managing projects for a commercial mechanical contractor.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and foster teamwork across functions.
• A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
