Location: Phoenix, AZ - onsite 4 days/week

Salary Range: $165K-$175K + bonus/RSUs

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8+ years of Service Now experience with deep platform knowledge
• 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing enterprise platforms, products, or Service Now teams
• Proven experience owning and governing an enterprise-wide Service Now platform
• Strong experience with: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Demonstrated success leading Service Now transformation, modernization, or governance initiatives
• Experience managing managed service providers, strategic partners, and vendor relationships
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to build investment cases and influence executive stakeholders
• Proven track record of delivering governance and platform outcomes in a complex enterprise environment
• Experience leading and developing technical teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, and Administrators

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Service Now Platform to lead the vision, strategy, governance, and delivery of the enterprise Service Now platform. This individual will own the platform roadmap, investment planning, release governance, and stakeholder engagement while serving as the primary liaison between business leaders, technical teams, strategic partners, and managed service providers.

This role is ideal for a strong platform leader who combines Service Now expertise with executive communication, financial acumen, and people leadership. The focus is on platform strategy, governance, product management, and organizational leadership rather than hands-on architecture or development.
