Our client is a growing insurance advisory company, who are seeking an experienced commercial lines leader for their Phoenix area office.
Duties Include:- Lead the commercial lines and risk management, bringing their goals to “the next level”
- Further develop an existing book of business, leading/mentoring existing team of professionals
- Manage strategy, development, administration, hiring, management of P&L, etc.
- Reporting to senior leaders, in a high-profile role.
- Probably 10 years+ of commercial lines/risk management executive leadership
- Ability to work in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
- Previous P&L experience
- Proven leadership experience.
