Resolve Harmony Center is seeking a motivated, experienced, and compassionate Director of Therapy to lead our therapy department and support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for therapy services and clinical operations.
• Supervise, support, and develop therapy staff while promoting teamwork and professional growth.
• Help maintain high standards of care, clinical documentation, and compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.
• Monitor service quality and identify opportunities to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate services and support organizational goals.
• Assist with staff development, performance management, scheduling, and departmental planning.
• Promote a positive, accountable, and patient-centered work environment.

• Relevant education, credentials, and professional experience in therapy or a related clinical field.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, manage competing priorities, and support clinical quality standards.
• Commitment to ethical practice, professional accountability, and compassionate care.
• Any required professional licenses or certifications applicable to the position.
• Starting salary of $90,000 per year
