Senior Manager, Project Controls

Provides strategic leadership for project controls across multiple regions and business units, overseeing regional teams and standardizing processes for complex construction projects. Focuses on cost control, scheduling, risk management, project performance, and technology-driven improvements.

Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide project controls strategies, frameworks, tools, and KPIs.Oversee regional Project Controls Managers and ensure consistent execution across locations.

Align project controls with business goals, financial targets, and risk management.

Establish standards for WBS, cost control, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting.

Lead project audits, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive innovation through AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and digital transformation.

Collaborate with executive leadership, IT, Finance, and Operations to integrate systems and improve performance.

Mentor future leaders and lead enterprise training and change management initiatives.

Represent the organization in client engagements, industry forums, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in project controls or construction operations, including multi-regional leadership.

Key Skills Strong expertise in cost engineering, scheduling, risk management, and performance analytics.

Proven experience leading enterprise-wide project controls improvements.

Advanced proficiency in platforms such as Oracle, Primavera P6, Power BI, Smartsheet, and Procore.

Strong business acumen, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and build consensus.
