As our Director of Operations, Patch Caregiving, you will lead the day‑to‑day strategy and operations of the Patch Caregiving business unit. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for the business's strategy, financial performance, and execution. This role will help set the vision for Patch, define and execute the growth strategy, and direct resources across the organization to achieve revenue, margin, and operational goals.

This role requires a leader who can operate with significant autonomy while collaborating closely with shared teams and leaders across the Wellthy organization. The Director of Operations will report directly into the Chief Operating Officer, Backup Care.

• Own the strategy for Patch Caregiving, aligned with Wellthy's larger mission and priorities
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across product offerings, pricing, partnerships, and go‑to‑market strategies
• Make strategic decisions on resource allocation to drive sustainable growth and profitability

• Own P&L responsibility for the Patch Caregiving business
• Set and achieve revenue, margin, and operating targets
• Monitor financial and operational performance and adjust strategy as needed

Lead Patch Caregiving through close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including:
