Bola Group is recruiting two Country Managers to lead Zimbabwe and Malawi operations from Harare, Malawi base (Lilongwe/Blantyre). You will own the full P&L, drive growth in retail and online channels, and ensure compliance with regulators while building a high-performance local team.
Ideally you bring 7+ years in sports betting or iGaming, proven P&L ownership and readiness to relocate for an expatriate package paid in USD. Strong leadership and data fluency are essential.
