For our client, we are seeking a International Program Manager (CIWS) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.
This remote role will lead complex international programs from planning through execution, with a strong focus on aligning global project delivery to strategic business objectives. The position requires close coordination across internal teams and international stakeholders to keep scope, schedule, budget, and risk under control. It is well suited for a program leader who can drive disciplined execution in a regulated, cross-border environment while building trusted relationships across functions and geographies.

Compensation: $132,400 – $251,600 annually
Responsibilities- Manage international programs to align with business goals
- Develop and implement strategic plans for global projects
- Oversee deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Build and maintain relationships with international stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
- Monitor and report on project progress and risks
- Ensure compliance with international regulations
- University degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in relevant roles, or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience
- Experience in program or project management
- Leadership or management experience
- International experience
- PM Level 6 Certification or the ability to obtain it within one year
