CNC Setup Machinist

We are looking for an experienced CNC Set-up Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machines, reading blueprints and schematics, and performing routine maintenance on the equipment. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Machine Set-up:
Set-up and configure machining equipment, including lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machines. Enures porper alignment, tooling and fixture for each job.

Blueprint Interpretation:
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machine operations, dimensions, and tomlerances.

Machine Programming:
Program and input machine instructions into computerized control (CNC) machines.

Material Preparation:
Prepare and load raw materials.

Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to customer specifications.

Quality Control:
Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.

Troubleshooting:
Identify and troubleshoot issues with machining equipment, making minor repairs and adjustments as necessary.

Maintain accurate records of production and machine maintenance.

Follow safety protocols when operating machinery.
