QA Plant Monitor

Join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our cottonseed production! As a Quality Assurance Plant Monitor you’ll support our Quality Control team by performing essential tests and inspections that help maintain the highest product standards across all processing stages.

• Conduct quality checks on raw and processed cottonseed, including truck sampling, sample de‑linting, acid % testing, dryer/buffer temperature, bushel weight, pH, seed count, and bag analysis.
• Perform inspections on packaged finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Calibrate equipment and record data accurately in the Plant Monitoring Spreadsheet.
• Report deviations from standard parameters and assist with corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace while following SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively in an industrial and lab environment using equipment such as Delinters, Dryers, Buffers, Scales, and Seed Counters.

• Strong attention to detail and consistency in performing repetitive tests.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and data entry skills.
• Solid understanding of basic math and measurement principles.
• Reliability and commitment to following safety and quality standards.

You’ll spend most of your time in a hands‑on industrial/warehouse and lab setting, standing or walking during testing. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, gloves, boots, and coveralls will be provided.
