Shift: Full time, day shift (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm)

Due to the nature of work performed in our facility, all employees must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents.

• Receiving all inbound materials, supplies, and products
• Assist with loading/unloading delivery vehicles
• Coordination of daily tasks for shipping and receiving
• Create MOTs
• Pull and deliver material to machines for processing
• Pull and deliver all details/inserts required for job orders
• Keep inventory location/records accurate and up-to-date
• Assists OSP with shipping when carrier services are involved
• Maintains finished goods inventory - weekly cycle counting
• Coordinates/communicates with Quality and Production departments on daily needs
• Assists with WIP movement updates
• Communicates updates to customers as required (end of day ship list and tracking detail)
• Understands and uses major carrier services according to their cost and capability
• Packages parts for shipment or inventory
• Verifies and adheres to customer delivery requirements

• Authorized to work in the US
• 18 years or older
• Ability to work full time
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• MUST have reliable transportation.

• ERP/MRP system experience
• Logistics knowledge (Fed Ex, UPS, Freight Services)

• High attention to detail.
• Multi-tasking
• Team Player

• Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires bending, squatting, reaching.
• Requires the ability to lift 40-50lbs occasionally and 25-30 lbs frequently.
