This company is a rapidly expanding modular manufacturing business backed by significant investment and entering a new phase of North American growth. They are developing a world-class factory operation and now require a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process optimization, improve production output and support the ramp-up of advanced manufacturing systems.

As Manufacturing Engineer, you will support factory operations across process design, workflow optimization, equipment layout and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and improving manufacturing processes, workflows and SOPs to increase efficiency, quality and throughput
• Supporting factory layout, line balancing, takt time analysis and production readiness for new products
• Leading continuous improvement projects focused on waste reduction, cost optimization and operational performance
• Working closely with production, design, quality and supply chain teams to resolve issues and implement engineering solutions

This role offers the chance to make a direct impact on factory performance and help shape a world-class manufacturing operation.

• Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer within modular/offsite, construction, automotive, aerospace, industrial or related high-volume manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of process engineering, Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement and factory optimization
• Ability to analyze data, diagnose issues and introduce structured engineering solutions
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced production environment
