Cultivation Technician

POSITION SUMMARY

This position works directly on the daily tasks and duties put forth by the Cultivation Manager through the Cultivation Supervisor. The Cultivation Technician is a very physical and laborious position and a detailed position within the cultivation team. From clone to harvest, the Cultivation Technician is responsible for assisting the Cultivation Supervisor in daily tasks that ensure the success of the plants.

The ideal candidate will have a positive “can-do” attitude and will respect team members, the plants, and the facility. They should be able to manage high stress and urgent situations and be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it. Most importantly, attendance and punctuality are critical to the success of this role.
