We are looking for an experienced Aerospace Parts Painter to join our team! Your primary role will be mixing and applying liquid paints to components used in Commercial and Military Aerospace Systems. Additional responsibilities include various operations for processing jobs through the liquid paint application, such as completing test inspections.

Responsibilities:- Mix multi-component liquid primers and paints according to specifications
- Apply liquid paints on Aerospace Components while meeting all test inspection requirements (Paint Thickness and Visual Defects)
- Perform maintenance of Paint Gun, Paint Pot, and Paint Booth as per company standards
- Document work performed on company Forms
- Prepare parts prior to painting (Counting, Cleaning, Masking, Body-Work, Sanding)
- Use test equipment to check compliance (Thickness, Gloss, Adhesion)
- Experience in mixing and applying multi-component liquid paints on Aerospace Components
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to see, hear, and use arms and hands (accommodations considered for impairments)
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
- Previous work demonstrating good performance
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Compliance with the company’s Drug and Alcohol Policy

- Painting more complex part types while meeting test requirements
- Significant improvement in productivity and quality over minimal experience
- Ability to produce a Class-A Finish
- High-volume production meeting all inspection standards
- Analyzing complex requirements and defining effective painting techniques
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Training and mentoring junior painters
- Leading other Painters in collaboration with the Production Manager
- Excellent problem-solving skills
