** Onsite:
** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
** This position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with FAA Guidelines. Candidate will be subject to drug and alcohol testing per FAA’s regulation 14 CFR part 120, as well as 49 CFR part 40.

*** Assemble and repair a variety of electronic units using prescribed repair techniques.
* Identify correct parts, components, wires, and materials needed for assembly and repair.
* Solder electronic components using industry-standard techniques and tools.
* Remove suspect and failed components and install new components accurately.
* Operate assembly machines and ensure proper functioning.
* Measure, mix, and apply chemicals and adhesives according to safety and operational guidelines.
* Read and interpret technical data including component maintenance manuals, assembly instructions, and engineering prints.
* Communicate work status to team members and support staff, ensuring seamless workflow.
* Document clear and concisely and maintain accurate records.
* Utilize computer skills and office software applications.

** Monday – Friday, 2:30 - 11:00 pm
* ** Training Schedule**:
Will onboard on 1st Shift for two days and then transition to 2nd Shift
