Base Pay Range$82,000.00/year – $85,000.00/year

Position SummaryThe Maintenance Supervisor coordinates the installation, repair, and general maintenance of all working equipment within the facility while managing the maintenance team.
Responsibilities- Supervises the maintenance staff:
Lead the team, assign tasks, provides guidance, while adhering to the established safety, quality, and efficiency procedures. - Develops and implements a maintenance program to ensure reliability and performance of machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Conducts regular inspections, diagnoses issues and they arise, and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Troubleshooting:
Respond to equipment breakdowns or malfunctions promptly, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions to operations. - Identifies training needs for maintenance staff and provides ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the development of maintenance budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost‑saving opportunities while ensuring optimal performance and reliability of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance schedules. Generate reports on key performance indicators, maintenance metrics, and project status updates as required.
- Identifies opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reductions within the maintenance department. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance overall performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections, promote a culture of safety awareness, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Must be able to make quick, educated decisions and work well under pressure.
- Responsible for quality work performed.
- Follow all safety policies, protocols, procedures.

- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 10‑years equivalent experience in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related environment with a working knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical systems.
- Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as maintenance techniques and best practices.
- Certifications in PLC, hydraulics, electrical and pneumatic are a plus. Strong electrical knowledge is highly desired.
- Experience with CMMS software is highly desirable.
- Welding certification and prior experience operating a forklift is highly desirable.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Must have (sit‑down) forklift driving experience.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic English reading/writing skills, preferred.
- Work experience within a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Willing to work extended shifts, and weekends as needed.
- Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations.
- Must be able to hear and see.
- Willingness to help in other areas.
- Lifting to 50 lbs. (heavy loads must be team lifted)
- Standing up to 10 hours per shift.
- Walking as needed during a 10‑hour shift.
- Bending and twisting frequently.
- Heavy gripping with hands frequently.
Frequent lifting from floor to waist. - Frequent lifting from waist to shoulder.
- Must be able to hear and see.
Work is performed in a non‑temperature‑controlled environment. Area may be hot, cold, humid, noisy, dusty industrial environment, and other substances.
