A hands‑on manufacturing engineer who knows how to design plant layouts and work cells, understands machinery, tooling, and material flow, and applies Lean the right way on the floor. Someone comfortable with one‑piece flow, time studies, PFMEA
, and turning product specs into real manufacturing processes in a sheet metal, fabrication, or complex assembly environment.
- Design plant layout and production work cells for a new facility
- Lead equipment installs and line start‑up
- Define part presentation and material flow
- Create standard work, SOPs, and KPIs
- Drive Lean and waste reduction across the floor
- Support new product launches from pilot to production
