Cabinet Assemblers/Warehouse Associates are the heart and soul of Pro Craft's operation. They are responsible for assembling quality cabinets for customers and providing support for all warehouse operations as needed. This role will teach you how to use power tools and take accurate measurements. Pro Craft is searching for dependable and hard‑working individuals who are eager to learn new skills.

• Build quality cabinets and inspect all components before assembly. All cabinets must be clean and free of defects. Notify line manager immediately if flaws exist.
• Inspect each completed cabinet to ensure accurate construction and that necessary finishes have been applied.
• Assist in the fulfillment of customer orders.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.

• Pro Craft Cabinetry will train and build each employee's skill set.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Exhibit great attention to detail and communicate in a professional manner.
• Familiarity with cabinet fabrication terminology or similar industry experience is highly preferred, but not required.
• Pro Craft will train employees to use various pneumatic tools to perform work functions.
• Consistently meet/exceed production quotas by completing assigned work efficiently.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

• Responsible, hard-working and willing to learn.
• Must be able to lift +50 lbs. regularly throughout the day.
• Must be able to read tape measure to 1/32 inch.
