Machine Operator I-Molding 2nd Shift at ECHO Incorporated – Join our team of professionals to operate and monitor plastic molding machines on 2nd Shift (Mon‑Fri, 2:00pm‑10:30pm). Compensation: $15.00/hour plus $0.50 shift differential.

• Operate and monitor plastic molding machines during production cycles.
• Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Trim flash and excess material from molded plastic parts using hand tools or trimming equipment.
• Assemble molded plastic parts as required based on job specifications.
• Ensure proper flow of raw materials into molding machines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or material issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Provide support to other departments to meet organizational goals.

• Previous experience in plastic molding or a manufacturing environment is an asset but not required.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and trimming equipment.
