Kelly Engineering is seeking a hands-on Injection Molding Process Engineer for a direct hire opportunity with a leading manufacturing company in Phoenix, AZ. The Injection Molding Process Engineer is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing equipment and processes to produce high-quality injection molded products. This role is essential in supporting production efficiency, quality, and innovation across manufacturing operations.

• Lead and coordinate molding efforts for new product launches and ongoing production support
• Develop, assess, and document new and existing injection molding processes
• Identify and implement improvements in product quality, productivity, and overall equipment efficiency
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to process technicians, operators, and other molding personnel
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions to improve yield, throughput, and part quality
• Collaborate with vendors to address machine and material performance issues
• Monitor mold performance and recommend repairs or refurbishment as needed

• B.S. degree in Plastics, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong background in injection molding processing, tooling, equipment, materials, and quality systems
• RJG Master Molder certification is a plus, but not required
