ECHO Incorporated is looking for a Machine Operator to join our growing team. We are seeking a Machine Operator who will be responsible for operating and monitoring plastic molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. Key duties include trimming excess material (flash), assembling molded parts, and ensuring the production process meets quality and safety standards.

2nd Shift Monday-Friday from 2:00pm-10:30pm. Wage is $15.00/hour plus .50 cent shift differential.

• Operate and monitor plastic molding machines during production cycles
• Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications
• Trim flash and excess material from molded plastic parts using hand tools or trimming equipment
• Assemble molded plastic parts as required based on job specifications
• Ensure proper flow of raw materials into molding machines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Report any equipment malfunctions or material issues to the supervisor promptly
• Provide support to other departments to meet organizational goals.

• Previous experience in plastic molding or a manufacturing environment is an asset but not required.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and trimming equipment
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift to [50 lbs.]
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
