Production Planner/Master Scheduler – Phoenix, AZ, United States 85085

Duration: 24+ Months

Pay rate: $30.00 - $35.21 per hour

Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $35.21/hr

This role ensures a timely flow of raw materials, parts, subassemblies, assemblies, or finished goods from external and/or internal suppliers. It includes locating and expediting critical materials and coordinating across teams to meet production needs.

• Review and monitor open sales order reports, forecast schedules, and stock inventory; maintain, update, and input material control data systems or records and verify reports for accuracy; adjust material counts when discrepancies are noted.
• Represent the department in shipment status meetings and follow up to ensure commitments are met.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate and/or monitor final approval of products through the complete production cycle.
• Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.
• Provide input to management; schedule and/or interface with Marketing, Sales, Production and Engineering managers.
• Demonstrate the ability to think critically and maintain a process improvement mindset.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment in production and scheduling in support of internal and external customers.

• Two or more years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Logistics, Manufacturing, or Spares Operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing work environment in production and scheduling.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Onsite flexibility.
• Willing to work Dayshift Sundays-Thursdays or Tuesdays-Saturdays (plus).
