Full time Direct hire + bonus! 50% travel position!
Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 per year
We are a manufacturer of off‑road, all‑season UTV vehicles. Our company was born out of military necessity, engineered from the ground up to survive the world's harshest conditions and exceed the demands of elite defense units. Our vehicles are designed as total systems, prioritizing safety, stability, and longevity above all else. Today, we continue to push the limits of off‑road engineering with vehicles used by militaries, mining operations, farms, energy companies, emergency responders, and adventure professionals around the world.

- Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
- Analyzing and planning workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designing layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
- Applying statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
- Collaborating with design engineering regarding product tooling and design to ensure effective production methods.
- Providing technical expertise or support related to manufacturing, including assisting with new product introductions and training of production personnel.
- Incorporating new manufacturing processes to improve existing operations.
- Traveling to other manufacturing plants to support product launches, process improvements, or troubleshooting efforts.
- Experience in a similar role within the automotive, off‑highway, or vehicle sectors.
- Demonstrable proficiency in understanding blueprints, technical specifications, and material resources.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a strong focus on quality, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Ability and willingness to travel to other manufacturing plants, as required.
- Proficiency in using computer software and applications, including CAD, CAM, and other engineering design tools.
