Bashas' - e-1 [Production Operator / Machinist] As a Tortilleria Machine Operator at Basha's, you'll:
Operate and maintain tortilla making machines, conveyor belts, mixers and fryers;
Mix masa for tortilla products;
Manufacture and package tortillas and snack items like toasted tortilla chips and duros;
Ensure all manufacturing and cooking facilities meet proper food safety and member safety guidelines;
Maintain adequate stock levels to ensure adequate production of Tortilleria products;
Merchandise Tortilleria products on shelves, merchandisers and floor displays.
