Shipping / Receiving Clerk & Production Operator
Location : North Phoenix Schedule : Monday Friday Pay Rate : $17 $ 19 per hour
Job SummaryWe're looking for a dependable team member to handle daily shipping and receiving tasks and support production operations. This role includes processing orders, packaging products, operating machinery, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities- Receive, process, and ship orders accurately
- Use shipping and job-processing software (UPS / Fed Ex, Job Boss)
- Package products safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate counts and documentation
- Monitor and restock shipping and production supplies
- Operate production machines (basic operation, setup, troubleshooting)
- Meet established production rates
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Accurate counting skills (manual and weight-based)
