Our client started in 1985 and originated on the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii. They became very popular for their super premium ice cream derived from a secret family recipe. Just when they thought it could not get any better, along came the cherry on top : mochi ice cream. In the early 2000s, they shifted our focus to producing this Japanese-inspired premium dessert—sweetened rice flour dough formed around a bite-sized ice cream filling.

The explosive popularity of mochi ice cream combined with our distinctive taste and texture has made it one of the most coveted sweet treats in the world.

• Work as part of a high performing team that is accountable to one another.
• Assemble production machinery after sanitation.
• Operate and maintain ice cream freezers and filters.
• Batch specific ingredients for ice cream according to forumlas.
• Understand the importance of and follow all safety and GMP within the production plant.
• Perform quality checks on product.
• Always conduct yourself in a professional manner.
• Take ownership in the results of the team.
• Record required temperature logs and procedures as required.

• Must be able to maintain excellent attendance.
• Must be able to speak, write, and read English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs as required.
• Previous food production experience required.
• Effective and accurate written communication skills.
