Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder – 2nd Shift

Job Description: Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder folds customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded product, and prepares bundles of clean, folded product for delivery. The Product Folder must keep the work area clean. This position is on a performance‑based incentive pay structure;

meeting or exceeding production standards earns higher hourly pay.

Work Eligibility:

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 18 years of age or older.

Work Expectations:

• Adhere to the attendance policy.
• Willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.

Qualifications:

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to a station for folding.
