One of Arizona's largest mechanical subcontractors, specializing in Design/Build, Industrial HVAC, Piping & Plumbing Systems, Service Maintenance and Special/Facility Projects. Immediate full‑time job openings for a Sheet Metal Foreman.

• Fabricate, assemble, install and repair sheet metal products and equipment associated with all HVAC related work, according to the job specifications and blueprints for commercial and/or industrial projects.
• Review projects with Superintendent and/or Project Manager after equipment and subs are selected.
• Take off materials for projects in a timely and thorough manner.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise on‑site functions to include scheduling, material control, and rentals.
• Provide daily job completion reports.
• Ensure all site personnel comply with project procedures, safety requirements, company policies and other requirements.
• Document incidents as they occur and notify Project Manager and Superintendent, recommending and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure that all jobs have weekly reports filled and turned in to the office.
• Conduct inspections on jobs and assure jobs meet Interstate Mechanical’s standards; participate in start‑ups and coordinate as needed with contractors, engineers, subcontractors and owners.
• Coordinate with shop for production scheduling.
• 5+ years’ experience; journeyman or able to obtain.
• Read blueprints and prepare material lists.
• Work to increase team efficiency and uphold safety standards.
• Deliver solutions to prevent issues from escalating.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self‑motivated, multi‑tasking with excellent follow‑up skills.

• 5+ years of experience as a sheet metal foreman.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC sheet metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills.
