APEL Extrusions is an independent extruder, finisher and fabricator of aluminum extrusions serving the commercial, residential, and industrial markets of Western Canada and the Western United States. With locations in Calgary, Canada, Coburg, Oregon, and Phoenix, Arizona.

• Day Shift Packing & Shipping Clerk – Tuesday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm.

• Work with large industrial equipment.
• Wear personal protective equipment – ear plugs, safety glasses, and boots – at all times.
• Comply with all policies and procedures in accordance with our quality management system.
• Review and follow work order instructions and best practice requirements.
• Adhere and promote all safety requirements.
• Read and understand dimensional prints.
• Operate measuring devices.
• Operate a forklift.

• High degree of independence and accountability – good attendance is required.
• Detail-oriented individual able to frequently perform multiple tasks at a given time.
• Able to independently perform simple calculations.
• Communicate well and interact with others effectively.
• Working knowledge of extrusion press responsibilities.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing/Production/Warehouse experience required.

• Exposed to a production environment which includes noise, moving machinery, forklifts, and fluctuations in temperature.
• Personal protective equipment provided.

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion and ability to lift, push, pull at least 25 pounds.
