- Complete PM schedule for all facilities equipment including building structure, AC/ heating systems, cooling tower and chillers, conveyor / rail system, outside grounds and parking lot, fire extinguishers; cranes; eye wash stations and safety equipment.
- Maintain PM record database as required by ISO system, including preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Monitor and complete all work orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain all facilities in a manner and enable plant to meet all operational budgets and requirements.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or ExperienceOne‑year College or university program certificate; or three to six month’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to work with basic mathematical skills.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
