Pay:$19.00 per hour
Location:Deer Valley, AZ
Schedule:Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Masis Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates for a growing manufacturing team in Deer Valley, AZ. This position is responsible for inspecting, packaging, and preparing finished products for shipment while ensuring quality standards and shipping accuracy are consistently met.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and have strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities- Inspect finished products for defects, damage, and overall quality compliance
- Package products according to customer and shipping specifications
- Prepare shipments including labeling, documentation, and palletizing
- Verify quantities, part numbers, and shipment accuracy
- Operate packing and shipping equipment such as pallet jacks, scanners, and scales
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures
- Report damaged materials, quality concerns, or discrepancies to supervisors or leads
- Support productivity goals and shipping deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills for data entry and shipping systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling manufactured parts or finished goods is a plus
- Pallet jack experience is preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, move, and carry materials safely
- Manual dexterity to handle parts and packaging materials
- Understanding of workplace safety practices within a manufacturing environment
- Commitment to quality standards and continuous improvement
- Overtime may be required based on production demands
