Job Summary

We're looking for a Chemical Process Operator to support the processing and repair of critical aerospace components used throughout the aviation industry. In this hands‑on manufacturing role, you will operate specialized production equipment, prepare and process materials, perform quality inspections, and help ensure products meet strict quality, safety, and customer requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Operate production equipment including coating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, grit/sandblast equipment, blenders, masking stations, and brazing equipment.
  • Prepare, mix, and process materials according to work instructions and process specifications.
  • Load and unload parts and materials throughout the production process.
  • Monitor production processes and inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Follow established manufacturing procedures, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support teams to ensure efficient workflow and production output.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with additional production activities as needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Nice to Have
  • Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience.
  • Experience operating manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
  • Experience working with aerospace, metal processing, coatings, heat treat, brazing, or similar manufacturing processes.
