We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packer/Shipper to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for packing, crating, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Follow packing instructions outlined in Shop Work Orders.
• Verify quantities and product counts to ensure order accuracy.
• Label bundles and crates with the appropriate product information and quantities.
• Complete all required Shop Work Order documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Build shipping crates as needed using tools such as tape measures, chop saws, and nail guns.
• Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met before shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist other departments as needed to support production and operational goals.

• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure.
• Experience using hand and power tools, including chop saws and nail guns, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Willingness to assist in other areas of the facility when needed.

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and handle materials throughout the day.
• Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

• Stable Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off.
