Monday-Thursday 6:00am- 4:30pm (occasional Friday as well as exceeding times past 4:30pm) About the Role Pride Staff is seeking a skilled Production Welder to join a dynamic manufacturing team in a safety-sensitive automotive modification environment. In this role, you will work as part of a dedicated chassis assembly team responsible for structural fabrication, cutting, and precision welding on specialized production vehicles.

You will play a key role in keeping production flowing while meeting strict performance and quality standards. What You’ll Do Precision Fabrication & Welding:
Weld structural components, floor pans, interior panels, rear structures, motor mounts, and door jambs per technical specifications. Vehicle Preparation & Cutting:
Pre-cut vehicle frame bottoms using a plasma cutter, remove OEM flooring, and trim structural pillar sections to ensure precise panel fitting. Positioning & Assembly:
Align and secure frames to vehicle bodies using specialized jigs. Tool Operation:
Utilize a variety of hand and power tools safely, including plasma cutters, welding machines, and reciprocating saws (Sawzalls). Teamwork & Cross-Training:
Work closely with team members in semi-confined vehicle spaces, assist peers, and cross-train across chassis departments as needed. What We’re Looking For Certification:
Valid Welding Certification required. Plasma Cutting

Experience:

Hands-on experience operating a plasma cutter is required. Precision & Quality:
Proven ability to produce clean, defect-free welds within standard production cycle times. Technical Background:
Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or automotive environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Vocational/technical certification in welding; ability to read and interpret detailed work instructions.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and move inside semi-confined vehicle spaces for extended periods. Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a high-temperature, active manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and machinery. #mon Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $26.00 - $26.00 Per Hour
